Donations

If You donate, the payment processor collects payment information directly. We generally receive confirmation details such as the donation amount, date, and receipt information, and may receive Your name, email address, and mailing address to provide a receipt, maintain donor records, and communicate with You.

Merchandise and Orders

When You place a merchandise order or pre-order through the Service, We collect the information necessary to process and fulfill Your order, including Your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. Payment information is collected directly by our third-party payment processors and is not stored on our servers.

SMS and Text Message Communications

If You opt in to receive text messages from Love Reality, We collect Your mobile phone number and, where applicable, the keyword You used to opt in. This information is used solely to send You ministry-related communications such as event reminders, program updates, and community announcements.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message You receive from us. Message and data rates may apply. See Section 6 below for more detail on how We use SMS data.

Program and Course Delivery / Email Marketing

Kajabi powers program enrollment (including the Good Gospel School), digital resource delivery, and email communications. Personal Data submitted through Kajabi-hosted pages is governed by Kajabi's privacy policy in addition to this one.

Payment Processing

Squarespace Payments and Stripe are used to process merchandise orders and donations made through the website.

For giving made through external giving tools, including Nucleus, Zelle, or other platforms, those transactions are governed by the respective platform's privacy policy. Love Reality does not store payment card details for any transaction.

SMS and Text Message Communications

Clearstream is used to send SMS communications to opted-in subscribers. Phone numbers and opt-in records are stored within Clearstream's platform.

We do not share Your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data is used solely for Love Reality communications.

7. Analytics

We may use analytics tools to help understand how the Service is used and to improve performance. If analytics tools are enabled, they may collect information such as device identifiers, browsing actions, and usage patterns, processed by third-party providers according to their own privacy policies.

8. Retention of Your Personal Data

We retain Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy — including to provide the Service, respond to requests, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We retain donation-related records as required for accounting, reporting, and legal compliance. Merchandise order records are retained for the period necessary to fulfill orders and handle any disputes or returns.

SMS opt-in records are retained for as long as You remain subscribed and for a reasonable period thereafter to document consent and comply with applicable regulations.

Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when used to improve security or functionality, or when legally required to retain it longer.
