Tiffany Leonardo
As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Specialist, Tiffany has dedicated herself to living a healthy, balanced lifestyle since 2018. An athlete from a young age, Tiffany understands the importance of fueling your body properly. After struggling with diet culture and an unhealthy relationship with food for some time, she realized that viewing food as fuel rather than a number on the scale was the key to caring for herself holistically.
Now a mother, Tiffany recognizes the importance of having sustained energy to serve her family and community. She says, "Understanding how my body functions and being in tune with it has helped being in tune with the Holy Spirit." Come ready to learn from Tiffany's personal journey toward finding fitness that nourishes the body and the spirit. Her motivating story and wealth of knowledge will equip you to reach your health and wellness goals!

Joyce Murphy
With certifications from ACE, CrossFit, and Precision Nutrition, Joyce brings over 10 years of experience and knowledge. As a former CrossFit competitor and box owner, she understands fitness from all angles. However, Joyce's relationship with health and wellness has evolved. "Fitness used to be motivated by performance and recognition, but now my Body is a celebration of God's good work, and I'm already enough. So my efforts come from contentment."
Whereas Joyce once felt anxious and stressed about her body and tied her self-worth to diet and performance, she now recognizes the privilege of nourishing her body and thriving. As she says, "My relationship with food used to be rooted in scarcity and lack; it was about manipulation intake to fit a certain beauty standard. But now food is about nourishment and enjoying the life that God has given me."
Currently studying pre-and post-natal fitness, Joyce will motivate you to move from a place of faith and abundance.
