Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined below. These definitions apply whether the terms appear in singular or plural form.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

  • Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.

  • Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest, or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.

  • Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, mobile phone, or digital tablet.

  • Feedback means feedback, innovations, or suggestions sent by You regarding the attributes, performance, or features of our Service.

  • Live Conversations means optional, scheduled conversations with members of the Love Reality team intended to provide encouragement and clarity related to faith and teaching content, including sessions offered through programs such as the Good Gospel School.

  • Merchandise means physical goods (including apparel and accessories) offered for purchase or pre-order through the Service on a limited-time, limited-availability basis.

  • Service refers to the Website and all related digital content, resources, programs, and communications provided by the Company, including but not limited to teaching content, the Good Gospel School cohort, Internet Church, The Lobby, in-person gatherings, newsletters, and SMS communications.

  • Terms and Conditions (also referred to as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions, which form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding use of the Service.

  • Third-Party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products, or services) provided by a third party that may be displayed, included, or made available through the Service.

  • Website refers to Love Reality, accessible at https://www.lovereality.org.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

2. Acknowledgment

These Terms govern Your use of the Service and constitute the agreement between You and the Company. They set out the rights and obligations of all users who access or use the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part of these Terms, You may not access the Service.

You represent that You are at least 18 years of age. The Company does not knowingly permit individuals under the age of 18 to use the Service.

Your use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of the Company's Privacy Policy, which describes how We collect, use, and disclose Your personal information. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully before using the Service.

3. Nature of the Service

Love Reality is a gospel-centered teaching ministry organized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. All content provided through the Service is intended for educational and spiritual purposes only.

The Service is not a church, denomination, or membership organization. Love Reality has a community, but it is not itself defined by that community. Participation in any program, event, or gathering does not confer membership status or any ongoing legal or contractual rights.

4. Teaching and Conversations Disclaimer

Love Reality does not provide professional counseling, mental health services, medical advice, legal advice, or crisis intervention.

Live Conversations, cohort sessions (including the Good Gospel School), and all other interactive offerings through the Service are voluntary, pastoral, and educational in nature. They are intended to provide encouragement and clarity related to faith and teaching content.

These offerings are not a substitute for licensed counseling, therapy, medical care, legal counsel, or emergency services. If You are experiencing a crisis or require professional assistance, please seek help from a qualified professional or your local emergency services immediately.

5. Programs and Enrollment

Love Reality offers various programs, including but not limited to the Good Gospel School cohort, Internet Church, The Lobby, and in-person IRL gatherings. Participation in these programs is subject to the following:

  • Enrollment in any program does not guarantee specific outcomes, continued access, or a permanent cohort or community structure.

  • Programs may have limited enrollment windows, session dates, and durations. These details are communicated at the time of enrollment.

  • Love Reality reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or discontinue any program, event, or offering at its discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants of material changes.

  • Access to program recordings, materials, and resources is provided at the discretion of the Company and may be time-limited.

6. Donations

Love Reality is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and may accept voluntary financial donations to support its teaching ministry. All donations are processed through secure third-party payment platforms.

  • All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

  • Donations do not create a contractual relationship, confer membership status, or entitle the donor to specific goods, services, or program access.

  • For in-person gatherings and events, suggested giving amounts or tiered contribution structures may be displayed to help offset hosting costs. These remain entirely voluntary.

  • Love Reality will provide donation receipts as required by law. For questions about tax documentation, please contact us at the address listed in Section 1.

7. Merchandise and Pre-Orders

Love Reality may offer Merchandise through the Service on a limited-time, pre-order basis. By placing a pre-order or purchasing Merchandise, You agree to the following terms:

Pre-Order Windows

Merchandise is offered during defined pre-order windows only. Orders placed during the window will be fulfilled after the window closes. The Company will communicate estimated fulfillment timelines at the time of purchase.

Payment

Full payment is collected at the time of order. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment processors (Squarespace Payments or Stripe). The Company does not store Your payment card information.

Shipping

Merchandise will be shipped to the address You provide at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. The Company is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by You.

Returns and Exchanges

Because Merchandise is produced on a pre-order basis, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted except in cases of manufacturing defect or fulfillment error. If You receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Availability

Merchandise availability is not guaranteed. The Company reserves the right to cancel orders or discontinue items if production issues arise. In such cases, affected customers will receive a full refund.

8. SMS and Text Message Communications

Love Reality may send text messages (SMS) to You for purposes including event reminders, program updates, community announcements, and ministry communications. By providing Your mobile phone number and opting in, You agree to the following:

Opt-In Consent

Text message communications require Your express prior consent. You may opt in by texting a designated keyword to our ministry's text number, by completing an online form, or by providing your number and consent at a live event or enrollment. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of text communications at any time by replying STOP to any message You receive from us. You may also contact us directly to request removal. After opting out, You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent to Your number from that program. Opting out of one program does not automatically opt You out of all communications.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies by program and season. We will not send excessive or unnecessary messages. For help, text HELP to our number or contact us directly.

No Liability for Carrier Issues

The Company is not responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or intercepted due to carrier issues, network conditions, or device settings outside of our control.

9. User Accounts

When You create an account with Us, You must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of Your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding Your password and for all activities that occur under Your account. You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account.

Usernames may not impersonate another person or entity, use a trademarked name without authorization, or be otherwise offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by You or other users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Love Reality INC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws of the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.

Teaching content, sermon recordings, written materials, and curriculum produced by the Company are protected intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or resell such content without express written permission.

11. Your Feedback

You assign all rights, title, and interest in any Feedback You provide to the Company. If for any reason such assignment is ineffective, You agree to grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, disclose, sublicense, distribute, modify, and exploit such Feedback without restriction.

12. Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites.

We encourage You to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites You visit.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if You breach these Terms. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service;

  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;

  • Any content obtained from the Service; or

  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of Your transmissions or content.

15. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hamilton County, Tennessee.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at Our sole discretion. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to new Terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use Our Service after any revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If You do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Service.
